Controls and rules Use the arrow keys or dpad to slide all of the tiles on the screen in that direction. If two tiles of the same number collide, they'll combine. Each tile can only be combined once per move. While the tiles move, a new tile sneaks onto the board! Try to reach the 2048 tile, if you can. You can turn off the music or sound effects in the start menu, or press Return. Behind the scenes This is my first PICO-8 game. I'm having a ton of fun learning the ropes and I can't wait to make more games. I would love your feedback on this one, please let me know what you think. I love suggestions and bug reports as well. I'm not very good at the music yet, so I used free music released by SPARSE//GameDev. Ultimately, I imagine a faster techno beat for this game, which I think would match the vibes more. --Steven
